🔄 How do I cancel my subscription?

Canceling is easy and can be done directly through your iPhone:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the very top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find and tap "Numerlo"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Note: You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

💳 How do I get a refund?

All refund requests are handled directly by Apple (since they process all payments). Here's how to request one:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Numerlo purchase
  4. Click "Report a Problem"
  5. Select your reason and submit

Apple usually processes refund requests within 48 hours.

🔓 How do I restore my purchase?

Your Premium subscription is automatically linked to your Apple ID. To restore:

  1. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe
  2. Delete and reinstall Numerlo (if needed)
  3. Open the app
  4. Your Premium access should restore automatically

Still not working? Make sure you have an internet connection, then close and reopen the app.

❌ I subscribed but I'm still seeing the free tier. Why?

This usually happens because the app needs to verify your subscription with Apple. Try these steps:

  1. Make sure you're connected to the internet (WiFi or cellular)
  2. Close the app completely (swipe up from bottom, swipe Numerlo away)
  3. Wait 10 seconds
  4. Reopen Numerlo

The app should now recognize your Premium subscription. If not, contact us!

📊 How does the free tier work?

Free Version:

  • 3 games per day
  • Resets at midnight (your local time)
  • Basic features and gameplay
  • All math operations included

Premium Version:

  • Unlimited games daily
  • Advanced progress tracking
  • Detailed statistics and analytics
  • Practice modes
  • All future features

🔒 Is my data private and secure?

Yes! We take privacy seriously:

  • No data collection: We don't collect any personal information
  • No tracking: We don't track what you do in the app
  • Local storage: All your progress stays on your device
  • No ads: We don't show ads or share data with advertisers

📶 Can I use Numerlo offline?

Yes! Games work completely offline - no internet required for playing.

However: The app needs internet connection when launching to verify your subscription status (Premium vs Free). This is a one-time check per session.

🔄 Will my progress sync across devices?

Currently, progress is stored locally on each device (no cloud sync).

Your subscription does sync across devices (via your Apple ID), so you can use Premium on your iPhone and iPad with the same subscription.

But your game scores, streaks, and statistics stay on the device where you played.

🎁 How does the free trial work?

New users get a free trial of Premium features:

  • Full access to all Premium features
  • Trial duration displayed at sign-up
  • Cancel anytime during the trial - you won't be charged
  • If you don't cancel, you'll be charged after the trial ends
  • One trial per Apple ID

To cancel before being charged, follow the cancellation steps above at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

📱 What devices are supported?

Numerlo requires:

  • iPhone running iOS 13.0 or later
  • iPad running iPadOS 13.0 or later

The app works best on newer devices, but should run smoothly on any device from iPhone 6S onwards.
