1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Numerlo - Math Trainer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Numerlo - Math Trainer is an educational mobile application designed for iOS devices that provides:

• Mental math practice through gamified quizzes
• Timed math challenges
• Point-based scoring system
• Educational content for improving math skills
• Optional premium subscription features

3. Age Requirements

Numerlo is designed for users of all ages. For users under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms. No account creation is required.

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Service Tiers

Numerlo - Math Trainer offers two service tiers:

Free Tier:

• 3 games per day
• Basic gameplay features
• Local score tracking

Premium Tier:

• Unlimited games per day
• Advanced progress tracking and statistics
• Practice modes and challenges
• Detailed analytics
• All current and future premium features

4.2 Subscription Pricing

4.3 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial of Premium features:

• Free trial duration is displayed at the time of subscription
• Free trial is available once per Apple ID
• If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for your first subscription period
• You can cancel your trial at any time through your App Store account settings
• Access to premium features continues until the end of the current period after cancellation

4.4 Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The cost of renewal will be the same as the initial subscription price unless you are notified otherwise

4.5 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period

We reserve the right to:

• Modify the features available in each tier
• Add new premium features
• Remove or modify existing features with reasonable notice
• Adjust pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers

5. Notifications

By enabling notifications, you consent to receive daily math facts and game reminders. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device and can be disabled at any time through your device settings or within the app.

6. User-Generated Content (Score Sharing)

When you share your scores, you may distribute a branded image containing your game statistics through third-party platforms. You are responsible for how and where you share this content. We do not control or monitor shared content once it leaves the app.

7. Promotional Offers

We may occasionally offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or special offers:

• Promotional offers are limited time and may be withdrawn at any time
• Offers are typically limited to one per user unless otherwise stated
• Promotional codes have no cash value
• Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Eligibility requirements may apply
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time

8. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Numerlo - Math Trainer for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or subscription verification
• Copy, distribute, or resell the App or its content
• Share your premium subscription access with others
• Attempt to manipulate game limits or subscription status

9. User Conduct

When using Numerlo - Math Trainer, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Use the App in accordance with its intended educational purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the App's functionality
• Not abuse the free trial system by creating multiple accounts
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Numerlo - Math Trainer, including but not limited to:

• Game design and mechanics
• User interface and graphics
• Math questions and algorithms
• The "Numerlo" name and logo
• Premium features and content

are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Data Storage

Numerlo - Math Trainer stores game data locally on your device:

• Game progress, scores, and statistics are stored on your device
• Subscription status is verified with Apple but not stored on our servers
• All local data can be deleted by uninstalling the App

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Numerlo - Math Trainer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of game content
• Availability of premium features

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or game progress
• Loss of use or lost profits
• Subscription charges or payment disputes (handled by Apple)
• Interruption of service
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

14. Educational Purpose

While Numerlo - Math Trainer is designed to help improve math skills:

• We make no guarantees about educational outcomes
• The App is intended to supplement, not replace, formal education
• Results may vary based on individual usage and commitment
• We are not responsible for academic performance or test scores

15. Device Compatibility

Numerlo - Math Trainer is designed for iOS devices:

• We do not guarantee compatibility with all iOS versions or devices
• Performance may vary based on device specifications
• Some features may require specific iOS versions
• Premium features require internet connectivity for subscription verification

16. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update or modify the App at any time
• Add, remove, or modify features (free or premium)
• Discontinue the App or any features with reasonable notice
• Modify these Terms at any time

Changes to these Terms will be posted in the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device or canceling your subscription through the App Store.

18. Apple App Store Terms

Your use of Numerlo - Math Trainer is also subject to:

• Apple's App Store Terms of Service
• Apple's In-App Purchase policies
• Apple's payment and refund policies

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
